Putting services on hold incurs a ₱1,000 PHP / month hold fee to reserve team capacity and maintain system hosting.
Resumption Billing Formula (50% / 25% / 25% Split)
When work resumes in an active month, all accrued hold fees combine with that month's standard ₱25,000 PHP retainer and split into 3 installments:
• 50% Upfront Deposit: ₱13,500 PHP | • 25% Mid-Month: ₱6,750 PHP | • 25% End-of-Month: ₱6,750 PHP.
